Abranimations Male Anim Overide Set No.4 - Need Anim NC

Hello, i bought the Abranimations Male Anim Overide Set 4 a long time ago, today i wanted to edit the
*Default Anims notechard to change something but now it says " Notecard is missing from database."
Can you please post the content of this Notecard here ?
Otherwise i will not be able to change any anims or reset the ao without breaking it.
