This is a weight bench you can use. It dispenses large weights for avatars to wear while they use the bench. Touching the bench will force the weights on the stand to turn visible and invisible. Sit on the bench to push weights. Upon sitting on the bench you will be asked if you require a set of weights. If you accept the weights on the stand will automaticly turn visible, and you will be given a set in your inventory you can attach. They are not scripted, just astetic. The animations are in the bench itself. If the weights on the stand are invisible while you are seated, they will become visible when you stand up.
