Both the script and animation are inside the walk replacer but it is not working.

Ok, please check the following...
a) Are scripts enabled on the land you are on, if scripts are disabled it may not work.
b) Perhaps the scripts need resetting or have stopped. Try the following steps...

  i) Drop your item on the ground.
  ii) Right click on it and select edit to go into edit mode.
  iii) Now go to the tools menu at the top of the screen and select the option from it 'Set Scripts To Running'
  iv) Now go to the tools menu again and select the option 'Reset Scripts In Selection'

Can I have these animations/scripts in full permissions so i can use them in my products.

No I do not sell any of my animations/scripts/items with Full Permissions.

Do you sell discounted packs of animations/products?

I have some discounted packs and sets available in my shop for some products. If there is no pack for a selection of products set for sale in my shop, I do not have one for that line of products.

How do I take an item out of a box?

To take it out of the box do the following..

a) Drop the box on the floor in front of your Avatar.
b) Right click on the box and select the open option from the pie menu.
c) Click the 'copy to inventory' button

This will create a folder in your inventory containing the items that were inside the box.

I Bought this item and All I got was the display panel that was on the wall?

The display panel is a box, the item will be inside the box. You wil need to take the item out of the box to use it. You can do this as follows...

a) Drop the box on the floor in front of your Avatar.

I bought this item and I dropped it on the ground and now its gone. What can I do?

This problem can be caused by a variety of things....

If the item is transparent you may not be able to see it. Try using the option in the view menu of the sl client 'Highlight Transparent' This will enable you to locate any transparent objects. They will appear as clear red objects on your screen.

If you had an object selected in edit you may have inadvertently put the item inside something else, such as the floor. Look inside all the prims you own around to see if your item has found its way inside.

If the land you tried to drop the item on has auto return on you may have had the object returned to your inventory. You will not always be able to find it in your lost and found if this is the case, as sometimes objects are grouped together. Try rezzing any items in your lost and found to see if they are grouped together with the item you have lost.

When things like this happen, it is also worth clearing your cache in preferences>network and relogging in case the item was returned but is not showing up. You may also find that SL is just acting up, and that your item is on the ground, just not visible to you.

I bought this item and now it is not doing anything when i click on it or use it. What's wrong with it?

please check that it still has all its scripts inside it. If you have accidentally or intentionally unpacked the contents from a scripted item it will not function correctly if at all. You will need to put the scripts/animations etc back inside the item for it to work again, you may also find that when you put them back you will need to reset the scripts. You can do this using the option in the tools menu 'Reset Scripts In Selection' whilst having the object selected in edit.

Also check that you are in a script enabled area, most scripted items will not function in no script zones. Likewise objects which use push as part of there functionality such as my Avatar Cannon will not work correctly in areas which have push disabled.

I bought this item from you and all I got was an empty box!

I do not sell any empty boxes, the item you purchased was not an empty box. If it no longer has anything in it, it was either not purchased from me (beware of scammers) or else you took the contents out/deleted it. If you used the open function on it, and copy to inventory the contents of the box will be in your inventory in a folder with the same name as the box. Sometimes SL plays up and things do not appear in your inventory as they should. If this happens go to preferences and clear your cache in the network tab. Then relog. Wait for all your inventory items to load and see if it shows up after that.

I bought this item, your vendor took my money but I did not receive the item. Help!

Sometimes SL can be slow to deliver items, and sometimes items do not show up correctly in inventory until you clear your cache. Try to clear your cache in preferences>network and then relog. If it does not show up after that, give it half an hour or so and try again. Occasionally delays can last up to a few hours when SL is really misbehaving

Also please use the search functionality to look for items. Sometimes the items do arrive, but are not where you expect. For example they might have a folder of there own in your inventory. Check this link for more information.

I bought this item. Can I have it with a different set of permissions to those they have?

I generally set my permissions to what I do for a reason. It is unusual that I would adjust these permissions.

I got shot/crashed and now my scripted attachment wont work. It gives error messages. How can I fix?

Occasionally certain events in SL seem to be able to really mess items up. However good news! things are usually not as bad as they seem. usually a reset is enough to fix it. If your item does seem to stop working after and event such as being shot, or being in a sim crash try the following...

a) Drop your item on the ground.
b) Right click on it and select edit to go into edit mode.
c) Now go to the tools menu at the top of the screen and select the option from it 'Set Scripts To Running'
d) Now go to the tools menu again and select the option 'Reset Scripts In Selection'

Usually this will fix any scripts which have stopped running, or broken.

If it is a particular animation such as a dance you would like to see, it would be especially useful if you could find a video clip on the internet showing me the moves.

I purchased a HUD you made and when i attach it all I see is a big black box on my screen. What's wrong with it?

The item is probably packaged in a box, it sounds like you have attached the box to your HUD. Drop it on the floor and have a look. If it is in fact the box you attached, you will need to take the HUD out of the box.

This animation/product isn't quite right for my Avatar please can you adjust it for me

No I cannot customize animations for individual Avatars. There is just not enough time to tailor animations for all shapes and sizes. Most of my animations are designed for standard sized Avatars. If you are especially short or especially tall you may find they do not work as expected. Some of my animations such as those for tinies will only work for tiny avatars.
